Unit Supervisor Housing Village

Supervision of the International Housing Village staff by maintaining sound procedures which ensure a safe and efficient operation and encourage an open and positive work environment.

Requirements and Competencies

• 1 or more years supervisory experience preferred
• H.S. or equiv.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills; Valid D.L.
• Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
• Be exposed to loud noises
• Be exposed to motion
• Be exposed to water
• Be exposed to vibrations
• Wear protective gear when required
• Work from heights
• Work in hot temperature extremes
• Work indoors with air conditioning
• Work indoors with no air conditioning
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work outdoors in shaded areas
• Work with chemicals

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure proper training of staff and SOP regulations and policies are followed at all times.
• Ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently and effectively; be visible and available to team members/residents..
• Maintain proper staffing with budget guidelines for all positions and generate reports reflecting accordance with budget.
• Maintain Kronos/labor tracking system.
• Enusre that staff operates with safety and guest service in mind at all times by observation
• Ensure random inspections and checks are performed regularly.
