Busch Gardens Williamsburg is looking for qualified applicants to fill the Area Supervisor position who can effectively: 

• Monitor all assigned locations to ensure presentation, maintenance, guest service, team member courtesy, performance and housekeeping standards are met.
• Track revenue goals and issue incentives to exceed set budgets and goals for performance categories.
• Conduct revenue and performance audits.
• Motivate a sales team through daily interactions.
• Maintain labor and expense goals daily.
• Oversee a staff of 50+ team members and 6 direct reports.

Preferred qualifications include previous supervisory experience, accurate and flexible availability (mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends), business analytical skills, and strong communication and motivation skills.  This position starts at $10.00/hr.
