COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS/PASSES

• Complimentary Tickets: Allow free admission to any of the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment Parks with the exception of Discovery Cove.

• Friends and Family Passes: Team members earn two passes upon meeting eligibility requirements.

• Discounted Tickets: Team members may purchase one-day discounted tickets for Busch Gardens/Water Country USA.

• Discounted Season Pass coupons:  Discounted Season Pass coupons are earned after meeting eligibility requirements.

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE / SUPERVISOR TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM:  Designed to promote career development for any Busch Gardens or Water Country USA team member in a seasonal leadership role (Eligibility requirements apply).

FOOD DISCOUNTS:  Team members visiting the parks as guests are entitled to a 30% discount on food and beverages at most restaurants, shops and carts.

INCENTIVE AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMS:  Superior guest service and teamwork are applauded through a variety of incentive and recognition programs throughout the season including: Commendations, Peak Perfect Punctuality Program, Cornerstone Recognition Awards and Safety Incentives.

MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTS:  Team members visiting our parks as guests are entitled to a 30% discount on most park merchandise purchases, some restrictions apply.

RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Exciting team member events are planned throughout the season. These events provide an opportunity for team members to get to know each other and have fun.

Events include but are not limited to:

• Team Night, ride nights, bingo, movie nights, bowling, golf tournament and “treat days.”
• A softball league is organized during the peak season.
  

SERVICE AWARD PROGRAM
Many team members return season after season. We value these years of service and recognize continued dedication with service awards that reflect the number of seasons worked.
