EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE / SUPERVISOR TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM: Designed to promote career development for any Busch Gardens or Water Country USA team member in a seasonal leadership role (Eligibility requirements apply).
FOOD DISCOUNTS: Team members visiting the parks as guests are entitled to a 30% discount on food and beverages at most restaurants, shops and carts.
INCENTIVE AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMS: Superior guest service and teamwork are applauded through a variety of incentive and recognition programs throughout the season including: Commendations, Peak Perfect Punctuality Program, Cornerstone Recognition Awards and Safety Incentives.
MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTS: Team members visiting our parks as guests are entitled to a 30% discount on most park merchandise purchases, some restrictions apply.
