Business Unit Supervisor - Culinary

The Culinary Operations Business Unit Supervisor is responsible for:

• Managing Area labor, cost of sales, revenue opportunities
• Maintaining Area's facility integrity
• Ensuring guest food safety, guest quality and World Class Service
• Providing team member training
• Coaching and counseling team member performance and completing required documentation
• Maintaining the highest level of team member satisfaction

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• One year of Busch Gardens or Water Country USA Culinary Operations experience
• One year of Busch Gardens or Water Country USA supervisory experience
