To suggest and sell the best possible ticket to our guests in a fast, friendly and courteous manner. Collecting parking fees from guests. Also conducts guest surveys and serves as our 1st point of contact for our guests.

Requirements and Competencies

• Register Experience preferred
• Math skills required
• reliable, courteous, positive attitude, well groomed, ready to act, mature
• Work indoors with air conditioning

• Accurately collect monies for tickets sold.
• Properly and accurately charging guests for parking and collecting monies.
• Suggestive sell (up-sell) park products, including tickets, seasons passes, lockers, etc.
• Maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in the work area
• Conducting zip code surveys
• Maintain work area cleanliness
