The Show Technology Supervisor is responsible for the technical execution and operation of the Entertainment show product based on the Technical Area’s strategic plan, operational processes, and financial target.
Duties and responsibilities include:

• With Senior Technical Management, develop and conduct show technical program to include comprehension of rehearsal and operational processes, training, schedules, technical track sheets, and start-up meetings. Coach and develop show technical captains and administer serious developmental discussions for their direct reports.
• With senior management develop execution plan for installation, operation and strike of all technical show content. Supervise and schedule Technical Captains and Technicians in the execution of show and adjoining village technical support.
• Based on the master plan, work with Operations and Production Show Supervisors to communicate technical support strategy for installation, rehearsal, operation and strike of all technical show elements, and develop show personnel safety and training procedures with senior management.
• Maintain inventory of venue tools and collaborate with other departments on facility maintenance needs. Document, track, and report progress to Entertainment and park teams.
• Participate in all departmental meetings and present as required.
• Support all Entertainment product as needed, including duties as assigned.

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

• Valid driver’s license
• BA in Theatre or equivalent work experience
• Three years of Technical supervisory experience preferred
• Experience operating aerial lifts and forklifts preferred
