Busch Gardens and Water Country USA are looking for qualified candidates to join the Leadership Intern Program.  Interns selected for this program will have an opportunity to network and gain hands-on leadership experience.  The objective of our program is to offer interns a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of theme park business management.

The requirements of the interns are as follows:

Interns will be offered a leadership position in Park Operations (Rides or Guest Arrival), Culinary Operations, or Merchandise at Busch Gardens or Water Country USA.  They will be responsible for the location(s) assigned to them.  These responsibilities include:

Locations and positions will be based upon application qualifications and availability.  This is a paid internship and can be used for credits based on the requirements of your College or University.  Please see your school for requirements.
