Lead Supervisor - Guest Arrival (Guest Parking)

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of trams throughout Busch Gardens property

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure proper procedures are followed at location in accordance with SOP
• Ensure guest flow is smooth and location is operating at correct capacity
• Ensure all company equipment is maintained and company standards at all times
• Maintain inventory of daily supplies
• Coach and counsel team members as needed and ensure rotations are followed
• Conduct all training of team members
• Ensure auxiliary function tram, area hosting, traffic and toll plaza) procedures are followed at all times
• Ensure staff operates with guest service in mind at all times

Qualifications

• Valid VA driver's license, and CDL
