The Lifeguard Lead is responsible for:

• Assisting supervisors in delegation and follow up of opening and closing procedures
• Handling guest and team members concerns
• Assisting team members with training
• Maintaining safety, efficiency,quality and cleanliness in assigned work locations

• One year water safety experience and/or participation in a company approved internship program
