The Sales Support - Tour & Travel position will coordinate, plan, and execute a hassle-free experience for our clients in the areas of Tour and Travel and group sales. This position will serve as the critical liaison between the client, sales managers, support team, finance, culinary operations, and our special events team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts in the Tour & Travel / Group segments to ensure catering and ticket contracts are accurate and sent out on time; data entry into our group sales system is completed accurately; and execution of payment and tickets is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Day-to-day support for Sales Managers in assigned area, to include client engagement, maintaining ticket account records, reports and spreadsheets
• Negotiate client special requests and maximize revenue with each group booking
• Support and Assist with Sales Team efforts, such as Sales Luncheons, FAM Tours, Site Visits, Ticket Deliveries, Trade Shows, Conferences, etc.
• Maintain and respond to emails for BGW/WCUSA group sales mailbox

• High School Diploma required
• Some college preferred
• At least three years of Sales and/or Marketing experience required
