Busch Gardens has immediate openings for seasonal kiosk concierges. These positions will be responsible for greeting and reviewing various ticket / pass products available and helping guests determine which product is best for their needs, assisting guests with processing tickets / passes via automatic kiosks, answering general park questions, and providing various reports to supervisors. Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

• HS Diploma / GED
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience
