The Dispatcher provides service and support to create a pleasant and safe atmosphere while protecting property, people, and information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls concerning general park information, employees, contractors, and guests; disseminating park and emergency information appropriate personnel
• Monitoring emergency alarm systems parkwide, monitoring multiple radio frequencies and properly disseminating information via 2-way radios and telephone
• Assisting and responding to various priority calls, including First Aid, and properly identifying emergency situations and disseminating proper emergency procedures

• High School Diploma / GED
• 6 months Busch Gardens / Water Country USA Experience
• CPR Certification
