Busch Gardens Williamsburg is looking for qualified applicants to fill the Sr. Area Supervisor position who can effectively: 

• Monitor all assigned locations to ensure presentation, maintenance, guest service, team member courtesy, performance and housekeeping standards are met.
• Oversee training and development of staff in assigned areas.
• Track revenue goals and issue incentives to exceed set budgets and goals for performance categories.
• Conduct revenue and performance audits.
• Analyze and manage labor, cost of sales, and operating expenses to ensure practical business decisions.
• Oversee a staff of 100+ team members and 8 direct reports.
• Acting Games Duty Manager in lieu of Games Manager and Games Operations Supervisor.

Preferred qualifications include a strong background in an active sales environment, previous supervisory experience, accurate and flexible availability (mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends), business analytical skills, and strong communication and motivation skills. This position starts at $10.55/hr.
