Shallow Water Guard Lead - Park Operations

The Shallow Water Guard Lead Team Member:

• Performs all operations team member tasks and assists the supervisory team by being the go-to team member at the location for other team members and the one they turn to first for guest concerns
• Assists the supervisor by plugging team members into the rotation for opening, operating, and closing procedures
• Assist the supervisor by attending to daily paperwork tasks, and picking up / returning keys
• Assists supervisors with team member training through personal example and on the job training; administers audits as assigned by the supervisor; reports any variation in training or performance to the supervisor
• Monitors key performance metrics, conformance to safety and team member behavioral standards through observation
• Reports trouble spots to the supervisor and escalates issues beyond delegated limits of authority
• Handle guest concerns in a way that positively represent the park within set limits

Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:

• 1 year of successful Busch Gardens / Water Country USA experience
