The Business Unit Supervisor – Training is responsible for:
• Training of Lifeguards and Shallow Water Guards in accordance with both American Red Cross and SEA Standards
• Conducting required audits
• Administrative tasks and compliance tracking
• Preparing weekly schedules for all Park Operations team members
• Working shifts as the Operations Department Duty Supervisor
• Scheduling and conducting in-service training classes
• Coaching and counseling team members to promote development
• Scheduling all training classes and instructor assignments
Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered:
• High School Diploma / GED
• American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years training experience
• Minimum 1 year Water Safety training experience
• Prior Aquatic Leadership Experience required
